WAVE SPRING SEALS

These are single wave spring unbalanced/balanced Mechanical Seals designed for most general applications. It is independent of direction of rotation, major advantage of this seal is due to use of single wave spring it is of compact design with reduced axial length, their compact design easy to install. These seals can also be used in dirty application as spring clogging does not occur; torque transmission from retainer shell to seal ring is through drive pin. Wave spring mechanical seals are designed for universal applications. These seals are well suited for media containing solids with high viscosity fluids such as sugar, paper, sewage, and wastewater industry. The super sinus spring permits an almost uniform introduction of forces over the whole range of increased axial movement tolerances of mechanical seals.
